Day 29
I had a conversation yesterday with my Tai chi master about God. This has always been a question to baffle me because I don’t know what he is. Growing up in the christian faith there was a very strong depiction of God and tho I still carry some of those principles, I am drawn to the agnostic view of knowing that something greater exists but how can I truly know what that is? To me it makes sense. Something that created all of this, can it be fully comprehended by the human mind. Perhaps, as I grow in awareness. I believe we are more connected then made to believe. My Tai chi master talked about how in western philosophy we only look upward for God but in eastern practices, God/spirituality is all around and evening within us. The same cosmic energy that flows through the heavens flows through us and the earth. I feel this in nature. I am humbled by the power of it.
